healthy lifestyle, healthy body, healthy pregnancy, healthy baby

Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here!

So you can get an idea of who I am… I am, above all else a wife and mother to the most perfect girl in the entire world. My husband and I struggled with four recurrent miscarriages prior to conceiving our daughter, and I can say that this significant hurdle was what ignited my fire for helping pregnant women and seasoned mamas.
Through this experience, I experienced first hand the deplorable maternal health care system. I became a really strong advocate for empowering myself and my husband through education in preparation for our daughter’s birth. I truly believe that education is your most important superpower… and the more you know, the more confident you feel to make informed decisions regarding your birth and postpartum.

I am passionate about breastfeeding and low-tox living and firmly believe in harnessing your body’s full potential through nutrition and general wellness. Instagram is primarily where I post a lot of my wellness and nutritional information, so follow along for more if you’re not already!

childbirth education

Education is the most valuable resource you can take into your birth. And what the hospital will supply you with is NOT adequate. Understanding your rights, what is required from you when birthing in a hospital, being aware of your choices in childbirth, and knowing risks and benefits of every decision you will be faced with is the critical first step in understanding the changes happening in your body and planning your birth. Courses provide information on physiological labor, interventions and how to navigate common courses of action, maternal and fetal monitoring, what to expect during and after delivery, and lots more.
